When we are little children we didn't find it hard to select a career part as every chid when asked will say, I want to be a doctor, engineer, pilot, and so on. But as we grow older, we bigin to find it hard to select a particular part maybe because of peer pressure, decision of parents, understanding of maybe the resources for that carrer path is not readily available or doubt.
